About us

About us

Serbia has strongly committed to deinstitutionalisation and inclusion, but services are still under strain after years of economic hardship. Many disabled people lack access to coordinated care. Professionals are well-trained but often under-resourced and unsupported.

That’s where we come in — not to take over, but to support what already exists. We help fill the gaps identified by local professionals, enhance service integration, and advocate for policy that reflects international standards and local realities. From the beginning, we have understood that local knowledge, experience, and leadership are key to sustainable impact.

That’s why we partner directly with Serbian professionals, NGOs, and government bodies to co-develop all our work.

What began as a grassroots response has grown into a dedicated charity working closely with professionals across the UK and Serbia to improve care, deliver training, and support the transition from institutional to community-based care.

We envision a world where disabled children and adults are fully integrated into society, accessing their rights, including education and support. Our dedicated team comprises professionals with backgrounds in healthcare and education, committed to driving positive change.

Our Values

We believe in the rights of every child, the importance of community support, and the need for systemic change.
